LA BAIA NORTH TOPPING OFF MILESTONE, May 2026

La Baia North officially topped off in Bay Harbor Islands first week of May 2026. 57 residences above Biscayne Bay, nearly all residences are sold out, a testament to a great project.
The Jacob Construction team led by Robert Ohl was lauded by Continuum Company founder Bruce Eichner for its effort and outstanding work to date, and noted the project is scheduled for occupancy by January 2027.
