Sea Glass Beach Place Hotel Nearing Completion

The New Sea Glass Beach Place is a three-story, 31-unit hotel, replacing a seventy-year-old hotel property at the same site located in Lauderdale By the Sea Florida.

The new hotel has a pool and modern features and amenities for guests, and the contours and colors of the building and landscape match the seascape vernacular of this beautiful resort community.

JACOB CONSTRUCTION, West Palm Beach, FL is working in collaboration with Justin Architecture of Ft. Lauderdale, FL to complete this new hotel by Q4 of 2024. RPM Warehousing of New Jersey is the owner/developer of the property.
