This was an incredibly exciting and innovative project to undertake, from concept to turning the key in the front “showroom” doors. This was the culmination of a lot of hard work and collaboration between Chevy Racing, the teams at Daytona International Speedway, Jack Morton Worldwide, Don Perry and Jacob Construction and many others. Choosing the right partners for an undertaking of this magnitude is critical. I feel a strong sense of pride in what we created every time I see the “Chevy Experience” on TV. This truly one of a kind facility in the infield of the iconic Daytona International Speedway provides Chevy with an exceptionally unique opportunity to interact with our many fans and potential customers. Congratulations to everyone involved, we have created something to be very proud of!

I was fortunate to have retained Jacob Companies to construct a new facility for Allegiant Air at the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. They (JACOB) literally went above and beyond in organizing the design-build team and obtaining building permits in a challenging Jurisdiction. Jacob provided a seamless design/build/complete program their commitment to my project by and obtaining building permits, with a very challenging Jurisdiction. HARD ROCK STADIUM
Jacob was awarded three separate subcontracts as part of the renovation project, the nature and types of work awarded shows the diverse and broad expertise that Jacob brings to a project as complex as the Sun Life Stadium Renovation Project . Through a very tight and demanding timeline Jacob has always performed their portion of the work in an efficient and expedited manner with the best interests of the project in clear focus.
